Why aren't they using the new Satellite Terminal? Looks quite empty there, only see one plane docked to it at one point.

The New satellite terminal was just partially put to use. At the time, only Air Asia X and Vietjet were operating a total of 20 flights a day. The terminal would open in phases with more airlines shifting to this from the main.
