Dhaka, Bangladesh ➖ Whenever I visit a new country, I always check out the local market to purchase some goods. So today, I'm heading to New Market which is the biggest and most famous market here in Dhaka. I catch a CNG there and get right into the action with shawarma at a local shop. I then search for a few items on my list and get a few items repaired by the local tradesmen. Join me on a wild adventure through the bustling streets of the New Market in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Really liking you interacting with the locals, Luke. A little tip! When you speak to an elderly man, instead of saying "tumi" or "tomar" say "apni" or "apnar". For example "Apnar naam ki?" this is etiquette when speaking to strangers/elderly actually haha

Aaahhh this vlog makes me miss New Market so much now! I moved to Berlin 9 months ago and can’t really enjoy shopping here because of the constant price comparison in my mind. Luke, CNGs are expensive unless you want to travel far. if the distance is short, like 1 or 2 kilometers, just take a rickshaw instead. you know, the ones that they peddle with their feet.
