I adore Mary. I am now sadly in my 80s have to be gluten free. It is disgusting after a lifetime of cooking with with love. I now sadly and to homehelp as I can no longer walk amd my darling husband is waiting for me. ❤️❤️❤️

The only criticism I have is the cheese sauce for the fishcakes. She seasoned it with salt & pepper; I would've avoided the salt as the parmesan is quite salty already.

As a coeliac patient I cannot use crops containing gluten. I wonder whether buckwheat flour does work or not? On ossobuco it does well. I am wondering.
