Another great video. I agree, it is more fun to catch them from shore, as long as you’re catching them. I like your setup better than what we’ve done, I’ll try that next time. We usually fish around the Keller Marina if we’re shore fishing. I don’t recognize the area you’re at. Maybe the cove at Spring. Can’t wait for summer.

Exactly. Lots of trout in that cove right now. Just have to wait for the school to circle around every hour or so.

Why not use fluorocarbon leader?

Great question. I’m not sure all of but the florocarbon I use sinks and makes it harder for the power bait to float off the bottom
