In Florida, after the major price increase and low interest rates, people refinanced their FHA loans into the conventional loans. Pretty much only new homeowners who purchased their overinflated homes in 2021-2022-early 2023 are having FHA consumable loans.

If you have a good rate and you would sell for what you owe on it, we would buy that house immediately. Think about it... the difficult work for both of us is already done. You get a full price buyer, and I get the affordable financing so someone can actually buy your house!
