Banned Book: Heart Of A Dog By Bulgakov

This is my video for the book, "Heart of a Dog", written by Bulgakov in 1924 and banned in Russia until 1987.
I'm reviewing this as part of a project started by MJ at ‪@M-J‬ and is the 4th book in my investigation into 24 banned books.

Interesting you mention this book! Great review. I was just recently discussing it in a video I made about my favourite mad scientists in fiction. I read this as part of a book club, and found it both fascinating and humorous. It does help to understand a bit of the socio-political context in which it was written to appreciate the satire.
