Does the Osprey not have any countermeasures for heat seeking missiles? I figure considering how many MANPADs use IR seekers that they'd at least have a load of flares they can deploy when one is fired at them. Also surprised none of them were able to go evasive, I guess they don't have a missile incoming warning, but you'd think after the first one lands, the other 3 pilots would immediately take countermeasures since they know you might also try to gun kill them. I guess in the future this won't even be a huge issue since they intend to put the 9X, 120D, and other high off bore capable missiles on fucking everything, and just give off-bore targeting systems to every aircraft to defend themselves with.

I personally tend to lob one or two missiles whenever the PK is a bit lower than I'd like and I really need the bandit(s) dead quickly. In my experience, multiple missiles reduce the chance of a kill being denied by decoys/countermeasures generally so it has its uses.

None that I could think of. If you fire two missiles and one miss, the chances are high the second will miss too and so its just a waste

If you go look at his old videos, he does a lot of breakdowns with Tac View that explains why he does what he does. I miss the Tac Views, especially in a video like this. Experienced players would be able to figure out exactly what was going on, but seeing it from an overhead view is really helpful for newer players.

Were referring to our nose position, so hot would be pointing directly at them. Cold would be directly away. ( Almost like when looking for something someone may say geting warmer, or colder . ECT)
