Bar Bending Schedule of Beam

This video shows the bar bending schedule of beam. Bar bending schedule of beam consist of different types of bar used in beam, reinforcement description, bar shape, no of bar, bar length and total length of bar. One can get all details of beam reinforcement in bar bending schedule. Stirrups are also used in beam and their bar bending detail are also present in this video.

Simply fantastic and so easy to understand, Excellent presentation. The stirrups spacing near the columns should be 150 mm and in the middle 300 mm maximum. 500 mm throughout is too much

You didn't subtract bend which is 2 d, and why do some people use 12d for hook length instead of 9d or 10d

Nice explanation 👍 But for proper Bbs you have deducted bend And development length concept And stirrups length Please explain by considering all points so it will be economically Beacause at site it's no matter But by professional bbs and to save steel and wastage we should want to calculate proper cutting length But overall good explanation Keep it up 👍

Sorry Sir. But you have to add +1 while calculating the no of stirrups. Also you have to deduct all the bends while calculating the length of the rod. The formula for that deduction is *(no of bends X d)* where d is the dia of bar.
