Owner giving his ex girlfriend 40% of the bar reminds me of my manager at work. He bought a brand new Lexus, give it to his wife when he got married. Couple years later they got divorced. The wife ended up keeping the Lexus.

I really can’t be too hard on Gary for not being able to tell his ex to leave, it’s clear from how he acts that this was an abusive relationship. I was in that kind of situation too, and I can relate to knowing that someone in your life is abusing you mentally, financially, or otherwise, but being so conditioned by them that you’re afraid of making them leave or confronting them. This was a textbook example of financial abuse and I feel so bad for this guy.

How long have you lived in Reno? It's not a bad location considering Lucky Beaver and Jox is in the same area. This place shutdown cause of poor management. After this episode the new renovation was so bad they lost customers and reverted back to Murphys Law.

One thing I want to say here is that its posible that building how old it is at the time it was built it passed fire marshall inspection the kitchen was likely built at the start some of the older buildings the rules were different for fire exits and other exits out of areas now today you couldnt do this against code back than it was not against code as code law changes through the years, I dont know how old that building is or when it was built.

John, I love you but learn to pronounce Nevada properly. Nevada has very good food and drink regulations. Unfortunately, has been a lot tragic instances that went to such strong regulations.
