I cooked mine for 30 minutes at 400 degrees and it was perfect. I had some olive oil spray and sprayed the top before cooking.

This is my go-to pizza crust Ingredients 2-2 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour OR bread flourt divided (250-295g) 1 packet instant yeast? (2 ¼ teaspoon) 1 ½ teaspoons sugar ¾ teaspoon salt ⅛-¼ teaspoon garlic powder and/or dried basil leaves optional 2 Tablespoons olive oil + additional ¾ cup warm water3 (175ml)

Here's my secret pizza dough recipe. I buy it. In the biscuit section, Pillsbury makes a Pizza Dough. They have thin crust and thick crust. It couldn't be easier. You have to try it. It's only a couple of bucks and saves you so much time.

Sorry, but you really need to TIE YOUR HAIR BACK! You were hovering over the dough and food with your hair just flailing all over the place. I'm sure strands of your hair went into that bread...who cares if you're on KZbin! Just tie your hair back always! First rule of an excellent cook!
