Kudos to you for travelling with a toddler! We just travelled with our almost 2 year old and the flights were the most exhausting thing we have ever done. But worth it for all the family memories and for him to explore a new place. Your holiday looked so beautiful!

Yup, pretty much everything required booking. We didn't book particularly far in advance - usually just 1 or 2 days and it was fine :) The sun loungers at beach clubs you definitely need to prebook as they're more limited.
