Fun to see William Tallman playing the game with the "Defense". Obviously off camera they were great friends. Burr and his co-stars did their best to help Tallman when he was pulled off Perry Mason for a number of episodes.

What a beautiful lady! Her item to guess was SO appropriate and HER Perry Mason guessed most of it-as he should have. She did 300% better than Raymond Burr hands down. Love this series, but then I love anything relating to the Perry Mason show/movies. It truly was one of the best shows ever aired. Thanks to those who thought of having the cast play against each other. Good job!!

I notice Perry Mason (Burr) got every one of the clues. Fitting!

About 35 yrs. ago I had the pleasure of meeting Barbara in her home. I was going to Disneyland w/Nita (daughter) Kelly(son in-law) & their numerous little cousins. Barbara cooked Us a big, delicious breakfast that early morning. I'll never forgret the beautiful aura about Barbara. What a kind, engaging, lovely, lady she is! Today, I was thinking about my long lost friends, and wondering how they are, which led here. I pray all is well, and I hope, should Kelly, Nita, or anyone associated w/them will let them know that (Mona) is trying find them again!!!

Barbara Hale will always be "the pretty one." Even in her 1940 Rockford, IL HS yearbook photo, she was the most attractive girl. In 1941, she was featured in Mademoiselle Magazine's Great Beginners column, highlighting the 19 year old's modeling talents. Once in Hollywood, she took numerous pin-up photos in bathing suits, shorts, short pleaded skirts, and was all legs, so long and feminine on a 5'5 1/2" frame, with Auburn hair and light colored eyes. And the voice. Warm, sexy, and womanly. All of that will be missed...R.I.P Illinois girl. Thanks for the memories. And your Midwestern charm.

Barbara Hale...one of the few actresses that never grew old. She was beautiful until the day she passed.

Charades was a big party favourite back in '50's and '60's. Perry Mason cast are obviously good at it! Ray and Barbara & husband Willie were close friends off screen. May be they played this a lot as Ray got most of the clues. Appreciate this upload:)
