I definitely relate to clairaudience, clairsentience and claircognizance. My mother is clairvoyant and we have a family friend who is a medium (she is able to see and talk to people who have passed on since she was a little girl) I love these talks, soo interesting and helpful. How do you keep your vibration high and out of fear? I was told bad spirits are bothering me. I think they try to make me scared and they want to keep me isolated. Is there some way to protect myself? They scare me by making things happen around me. I also have Pluto conjunct my AC and Mars Square Neptune. So maybe that's why. I can never feel safe unless I totally avoid my life and reality.

Do things that you love !! Hang out with people you love :)) friends or family. Maybe join a club or find a new hobby or sport that you enjoy 🥰 exercise always helps too.
