Yeah, I build plastic kits and I hesitated getting into airbrushing, but once I did, I was so happy. For little parts, it's not such a big deal, but for larger pieces, you just can't beat how easy it is to get a super smooth and even coat of paint with an airbrush.

Last month I ordered the Gaahleri Advanced GHAD-39 based on your review especially after you mentioned the Amazon Days discount on it, even though I already have an Iwata Eclipse. Received my in the mail today and quickly ran it through some hard priming with the .7 needle. This gun just laughed and went to town and knocked out 4 Tau Ghostkeels (Gunpla more or less) in 30 minutes. My air compressor was begging for mercy :) Primer went down silky smooth with zero issues. Took it completely apart, which was overkill, but I want to better understand this brush. Might look intimidating buy just follow the instructions and you' are set. 5 minutes later had it back together and it's ready for the job. Thanks again Barbatos Rex for yet another fantastic product from Gaahleri.

great video again Mr. Rex I pulled the trigger on your swallowtail airbrush cant wait for it to arrive, I purchased the Gaahleri GHAD-68 a few months back after watching your review, I have arthritis in my fingers and the trigger airbrush has been a big help with finger pain of using the pencil style airbrushes. Been airbrushing my models for about 15 years, been building since I was a kid (+50 years). Really enjoy your videos learning a lot about paint types thinners, etc., primary over years I used Model Master enamel paints, such a bummer what Rustoleum did to that brand. Anyway have a great holiday season, keeping building and I'm looking forward to the next video.

Mine came in today. Broke it down like I do every new brush. I'm impressed. The machining, fitment, and finish appear to be topnotch. I got the fan cap with mine and have it installed with 0.5 nozzle/needle. Sprayed some acrylic basecoat and it sprays beautifully. Really fine atomization. The chrome finish in the cup is like a mirror and cleans extremely quick and easy. Waiting on the new Mobius to release now.

Started using mine a week ago, nice air brush! However after a cleaning, I discovered an air leak. At first I thought it was my hose, got a replacement. Still leaked. Tried direct connection to eliminate the quick disconnect. Still an air leak. Emailed Gaahleri late yesterday afternoon, not expecting a response until next week. To my surprise, they replied within 10 minutes with troubleshooting suggestions. We continued with an email exchange to which they walked me through the solution. It turns out there is an extension fitting under the handle that loosened, causing the leak. I don't fault Gaahleri, the air brush is the most comfortable I've used. I recommend this brush for it's flexibility in adjustment and ease of use. Just thought I'd share my experience in the event someone else has this come up. Great collaboration Rex!

Thanks Rex! I was waiting for this- I need another good AB and was going to purchase the Grex Tritium TG3. I saw this and decided to wait. Now to try it. I do mostly Model Railroading weathering, so lighter coats to fade and add "dirt" to rolling stock, locomtoives, etc. Some actual painting. I am hoping this brush covers all aspects. Order passed in the last minut, after watching many reviews I think this is a great option with everything that is included in this package. Multiple needles, trigger action and huge cup sizes, I would have pay much higher price for the same thing with other brands. I also bought the fan tip since I'm painting large models. My airbrush setup is now complete I can't wait to get it.

Thanks for putting my family on to trigger airbrushes. They're much easier for my kids (9 and 6) to control as they learn the hobby. For me, these are much more comfortable for batch priming sessions.
