Did your workout with low plates and the isolation hurts my biceps so bad. Didn’t really how significant my body was trying to compensate to get heavier weights up.

One of the better workouts I’ve done, I have an ez curl bar so it’s kinda tricky to do the push-ups but nevertheless still gotta get some in. Skull crushers gave me a nice pump and finished my triceps 😭. I appreciate you for making the video, everyone in the comments, let’s get it 👊🏽💪🏽

Great routine id just say to everyone be super careful with fixed grip skull crushers. Very easy to develop elbow tendonitis if you do this wrong.

A simple yet excellently explained workout. At first I thought the close grip push-ups performed while gripping the barbell was a needlessly forced way to simply include the barbell into every exercise but it actually felt more challenging than doing regular diamond push-ups on the floor. Is it the instability of the barbell, or the positioning of the arms due to gripping the barbell the makes it more difficult, or something else?

Need to work on my form for skullcrushers, and keep to just bend the elbows and not move my arms above that I think, the last 2 reps felt better than my 1st but needs works. The close grip push ups on the bar were amazing!
