I have been lifting weights for many years. I’m a 67yo F and have decent muscles but these triceps!!!!! ????? I have been concentrating on them for a 10 min workout daily just for the last 5-7 days. (I do a 30 min upper body or lower body or full body every morning.). But I’m sick of this flappy underarm stuff. I’ve done many KZbin tricep workouts and like them all…..but I LOVE yours. I’ll be back. Thank you!!!!!

I begun two days ago midas dumbell exercises with a pair of 6kgs,i do every exercise 3 sets 8 reps,am 40 years old and i really hate weightlifting,but doc told me i need some and during searching on you tube i found midas,i think his way is good for a wide range of people!!!

My first day doing this with you. I decided I would use 5lb to 8lb to get a baseline and do the exercise properly only to discover that 5lb to 8lb brings on the burn so I guess that is my baseline for now:)

Man when I started working out ~6 months ago I was using that range and this workout was killing me haha. Triceps are a struggle but I saw improvements quick! Try doing some fairly close-handed ( right by your sides ) pushups! I struggled a ton with them early because theyre intensive on the triceps, but now I can do them about as well as pushups with wider hands! ( which work the chest more I believe. ) Keep it up!
