Compared with your other videos, which are excellent, this video has a lot more pausing. I think it's better when you can see the fluid motion of the set, that way i can just flick on a see how it's done and not have to search for a bit that's not paused. Hope this info helps

If you can’t do 4 sets lower them to 2 sets. Injuring yourself is something you don’t want. Don’t push yourself to hard. You are not weak but will eventually be even more stronger, just be patient💪

These exercises were great . Really clear instructions and the tips were really useful. I like how the mucles which are being worked on are included. Thank you for the amazing content! I usually focus on cardio but I wanted to incorporate lifting and strenth training into my routine. I'm really happy I tried this, I found such a difference in how many reps I could do with my right and left arm. Definitely need to work on that!

Great video and I love the excercise! But I have a newbie question - by many resources to build muscle mass which is my goal it is said to do max of 6 sets per training or 18 sets per week and 6-12 reps per set. I am confused because for each of this exercises you state to do 4 sets. Here is 6 exercises x 4 sets = 24 sets! So in one training that would be more than recommended number of sets for the whole week! Could you please explain it?

Hey! I intended for these to be customizable. You should be doing only a few of them as a part of training a larger muscle group like the back. If you plan to do every exercise, One or two straight rounds is enough. 24 sets of Bicep Curls is not going to be effective in no way whatsoever unless you're working with very little weights and at that point, you won't be making improvement in Bicep size, you'll just be burning lots of calories and building your endurance instead.
