No. It’s because everyone is different and we all require our own food requirements. What works for one does not work exactly the same for everyone. It takes wisdom to find out what works best for that person which will be different for each person. Keto with OMAD works miracles for me but might not work at all for anyone else.
@Smil7001
@Smil7001 4 жыл бұрын
It may be “ethical” to you but it’s certainly not meant for humans. A lot of vegans are going back to eating animal products because they realize this “diet” is unsustainable. You would die in nature trying to be vegan. If nobody believes me look up vegan tooth loss on KZbin or google ex vegan forums or the videos on here about what we’ve learned from ex vegans

Try to eat 6-7k calories in a day eating just “clean” foods. I eat 3k and I feel like throwing up from fullness, and I weigh 230lbs. Most elite athletes have to eat “junk” just to get in the calories.

the terms are somewhat synonymous, mostly because of the variety of “skills” crossfit requires you to have. i would argue that the best crossfit athletes are the most well rounded athletes by far in any category (and i mean literally any) but of course they’re not going to be Usain Bolt or Michael Phelps, who specialize at one thing and one thing only. the other thing is based on what your definition of fitness is

eyobin2 He doesn’t train like a CrossFitter year round. Neither did Frohning. You can’t get to that level of fitness through classic CF training with 2 strength work days a week mixed with a 15-30 min long metcon. Most of their training revolves around getting as strong as possible and skill work. Oxygenative conditioning can be increased within a few weeks, so they simply train CF metcons a few weeks before a competition. When you’re strong you move sub maximal weights easier already, then just add some conditioning work to it and bam! You’re set The big difference between them and us is their CP battery capacity. It can be trained to a certain extent, but much like neuromuscular efficiency it’s mostly a genetics thing.

I do not like this narrator. He's annoying: excessive nodding of the head, the way he speaks, and his accent. Painful.
