As a Master Barber Stylist and an Educator, I LOVE the way you break down the steps to a perfect fade. One of the best vids I've seen yet. Bravo!

Had a great looking fade I gave myself after watching your vids. Told wife to clean up my neck with closed taper. She ran that sucker all the way up the back of my head. Had to go back and try to blend it

I'm not a barber, however, I am a regular guy that is sick of paying $25 + tip for every haircut. Hopefully one day I'll feel confident enough to fade my own hair (and knock out cuts for family & friends). Thanks for the quality videos! You're a great barber & teacher

Thank you for uploading, just finished barber school but you probably taught me better than my instructors all year. I like how you explain why you do thing. (like going down with the shaver because it’s with the grain and thus cuts less hair). Great teaching!

After blending the open taper to closed taper, you just wrote the 1.5 closed. Is that when you would do it or did you unintentionally skip that in the lesson?

From the #2 guideline, close it and flick from your guideline, then put it in the middle of the lever range and flick again then open the two and flick upwards. Same process with the #3 and #4.

I have a really good question! What if your client usually gets a high taper but this time he wants to switch it up and do a mid fade how would you transform the tapered shape into a mid fade shape???
@Reborn953 жыл бұрын
A high taper is pretty much half of a midfade lmaoo just start the fade how you’d normally start it and it’ll all flow from there
