It's been about 2 years now that I'm consistently watching Nick Bare. I already consumed A LOT of his videos, his challenges etc. Today I get back to watching him after a couple of months (or more) without opening his videos and it is incredible that his videos always increases in quality. Images, cuts, songs, audios, ideas. Always improving. Thanks for the motivation.

My daughter Amy will also be racing at the Leadville 100, I will be pacing her at mile 70-76 and I am 60 years old. You should see if your Dad would want to pace you (pacers are allowed after mile 60)...

FYI - Pacers are allowed at the 50 mile mark on the return up and over Hope Pass. I'll have 3 pacers. They're running 12.5, 14.5, and 23 each.

I know several runners who have a Leadville belt buckles. You've never experienced pain and suffering like this while at altitude of 9,200 - 12,620 feet. Good Luck Nick!!!

Let's go! Didn't know what I was going to do now Ironman prep series was over. You should check out Fergus Crawley in the UK, he's an ultra athlete than can squat around 500lbs pretty consistently, (might be ex military too I'm not sure). Would be awesome to see a collab at some point!

Brushy creek 'deception' segment and a few others around area are similar to the first 13 miles of Leadville single track spots. Lake georgetown's loop is another decent one, just run the dragon slayer races route

Oooh i will have to check out the app!! We have a 50km that got pushed back to October so that timeline would work great. My last ultra (also my first one) I did the unbreakable runner training program, I loved the weight training involved and the fact that I only had to run 3 days a week! ... but so curious about your challenge!
