I was planning to do nothing today - 100% REST(after an overall 70% intensity week of strength training) … but after watching that six minute pace I was like “hell let’s at least go do an active recovery Scott! I recently separated from the military, and as everyone knows the armed forces instill great sleeping habits. I messed around with CBD and CBN. Melatonin and sleepy time tea. hi nick, i remember back when i was in school my teacher used to tell me that every time you take a flavor test, you shoould clean your tongue by drinking some water after you taste the product and repeat this proces 3 times. Hope this helps a little bit.

You should make an electrolytes with g1m sport product. You mixed it in your shake but without the glucose your body can’t absorb the electrolytes as efficiently.
