That is a nice house, only if I had a garden I would probably think about it. On the very top floor if the wall opens up to the second room, I would do a large bedroom with a sitting area and a walk-in closet and a bathroom if you can get water upstairs. I would do the kitchen on the first ground floor out to the street with that little tiny bathroom just re-do it and enlarge it. And then where the fireplace is, I would do a large living room and half the pull out couch over there if someone is visiting but that’s just my idea I’m sure I can think of a few different ways of redoing this house.

Lol 😂 I’m sorry but Chianni is a hilltop village with virtual all one way roads with room for one car at a time! No motorways for in a 40 minute radius at least! Please check Google earth 😃
