Great video, If you don't mind me asking what did you have to pay for something like that, I purchased a estate about a year ago here in Florida and the gentleman owned a toy store and hobby shop in the late 70s to 80s and it was a honey hole just like this. I made alot of money on that deal. I am still selling a lot of that stuff, I also purchased a warehouse full of vintage t shirt transfers all Rat Fink stuff and motorcycle related iron on transfers for t shirts. Great stuff, Lots of money in that little house great buy. Remember people keep saying deals like this are not possible or out there hahaha.

I once attended a hoarders sale inside of a hoarder house. The person had purchased the house from a tax auction, the hoarder ended up foreclosing. The house was packed floor to ceiling. People would walk through and pick items, making offers to the new owner. He paid $110k for the place. After three days, the new owner made over $120k in selling off the hoard. It was pretty amazing. What a score.

Great you got the contents but sad that the owner didn't have younger gran kids to do the work and keep the money and collectibles in the family. Did the owner even have an idea of the value of the collectibles?
