Barge full of containers breaks loose, strikes pier along Seattle waterfront

Several buildings along Seattle's waterfront were evacuated Thursday afternoon after an unattended barge broke free and struck a pier.

Knee-jerk remarks. Watch the whole video. Tugs are inbound to the scene. This barge was swinging on a buoy in an anchorage when they became separated.
