hi! i always watch your videos, i just open the tv and watch you while eating and drinking coffee... just curious with the stainless pitcher u you use, what ml is that you use? or preffered size for the house. coz i have a simple coffee machine, i want to have one but dnt kow what size should i buy... 😍

I think milk jug has always been a personal preference thing for me.. I have three jugs at the moment 350ml, 400ml, 600ml.. At home I would steam with 350ml jug, and pour it with 400ml jug, hahaha.. and my 600ml jug is sitting at work..

Do you find the pouring time for decaf coffee to be significantly faster than normal coffee beans sometimes? Our cafe follows a recipe, and I always stress because the pour is usually anywhere between 11-15 seconds! Either that, or it always ends up overextracted like in your video? It's so annoying! Great video as always. Love seeing the efficient teamwork between you and Megga ^_^

You just have to callibrate it :) If the batch is consistent, usually it would be fine.. The problem with making a good decaf coffee is sometimes the barista despise of doing it properly.. Maybe because they think ‘Ah it’s just a decaf coffee, it’s shit anyway’ so they don’t callibrate it properly, they don’t weigh it, etc.. I used to be that person too.. But in my experience, as long as they don’t mind doing it properly, and stick to the recipe, the results will be consistent.. :) You have to understand the beans as well.. Taste it, and draw the line.. Can it be compromised at a certain extraction time, especially with a milky coffee, the beans that we use is really yummy even if it’s over extracted.. So yeah, it’s up to the barista to decide, I guess :)
