He could : he can pull 8 shots simultaneously, he has three grinders on the right, two powerful steam wands... that’s what I do, and it’s a specialty coffee shop : 2 different single origins to choose from everyday plus 1 decaf, 3 different milks, and two 2-group Slayers. And even V60 on demand. But we’re two 😁

Its nice to work but he does zero distribution work on the shots so every one of those shots will be different, you can even seethe uneven extraxtions. This is very much old school Italian style espresso. And honestly it's not super quick at all, I work faster than this and I'm no champion

The Power of Dritan is not so much in Latte Art (even though he can do that very nicely) and not at all in coffee nerdism but in being able to crank out 10 Cappuccinos efficiently in a couple of minutes for the German office workforce at nearby Metro HQ who do not want to over-extend their breaks.

I like setting the wand in large pitchers to multitask, but I've never left it in after shutting it off because I was worried about capillary action pulling the milk back up into the boiler. Is this not a thing? I'm using a single boiler lever machine.
