That style IH truck around here is long gone from rust and has been doomed to the crusher. Super clean except the lower forward door frames and the tail gate. Clear coat unless you are willing to paint it, go white in color.

New to the channel. Gonna watch from your oldest up to current. If the trailer were mine and I was satisfied with the truck’s look, I’d focus on mechanical, lights and rust prevention. Love that you include Jerry Lee and that he’s has such a blast playing with the old cars with you.

PS my Grandpa brought a brand new Travelall in 1970 that he used to pull airstreams throughout Missouri, Arkansas, Texas (he was born in Sydney out in Comanche county) and with a caravan through old Mexico. After retirement a couple years later he used it as both a farm truck and go to town rig. I learned to drive in it and have since always had a soft spot for IHs. I too am looking forward to seeing what you do with the truck.
