Not many people strive to own every single criterion! I hope you don’t have to pay too much for the ones out of print… I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on some of the films not talked about much, if you do any reviews in the future. Most people usually just talk about the more popular titles or recently released.

I use to be a Criterion addict and spent $500 on one purchase at a B&N 50% sale a few years ago! I’m pretty content with my collection, except waiting for them to put out the Blu-ray edition of the 1940 Thief of Bagdad.😊

Since I started collecting criterion in 2016 I knew I wanted to own all of them! I try to not pay “full price” for OOP titles, I tend to wait to find a good deal on them and I always wait for the B&N sale for the in print titles. And Im planning on talking about some of my favorite films in the collection and I maybe some uncommon recommendations with in the collection!

What did you do to afford the house, the movie room, and all these titles and such?

I am a wedding photographer + videographer for a living. My wife and I were VERY blessed with getting our house at a good price! and Ive been collecting for most my life so I my collection has been growing for years. I also worked at video store for a few years so the discount really helped! Also we had some family members give us gift cards to home depot and other hardware stores so that helped with the construction of the movie room! All in all I have been very blessed and lucky to get to purchase films!

I hope you already have the out of print ones like "Days of Heaven", "Rosemary's Baby", "Nashville", "Harold and Maude" or "The Third Man" (there are more oop tiotles). Otherwise this is going to be expensive

Lucky I was able to get Days of heaven and Rosemary’s Baby and Harold and Maude before they went oop. I unfortunately only have a dvd copy of the third man and I still need Nashville!

Absolutely fantastic video. You’re doing a fantastic job. I think you would have more subscribers however if you tweaked just a little bit with the word um Sorry I don’t mean to critique you didn’t ask for my opinion however it is very difficult to listen to you talk when you say on 300 times per video. That’s OK I still subscribed and I’m still gonna hang out because you’re content is awesome. Just thought I would help a little no offense at all please
