I used to love this show when I was really, really little. Mostly because there was a dinosaur. "God I love ginger bread! Your mother and I are getting a divorce!" Any chance of you and Phelan riffing this? That last Barney riffing was great. Love the voiceovers in this one

I FRIGGIN LOVE BARNEY. I saw so much of him when I was a kid. And Barneys big adventure and was the best. I cant remember if I had a Barney stuffed animal or not, I definitely remember having Blue from Blues clues

Do you have plans on tackling the very first Barney special from the 80s? It was one of the last from Barney and the Backyard Gang that would usher in Barney and Friends in 1992. I reviewed it years ago and it was Alpha's First Christmas level of weird.

Ugh I remember when Barney became popular, it seemed to literally happen overnight and I was a little bit past it's targeted age group (7 year old) so to us bigger kids "Barney was for babies " Unfortunately I would get stuck watching it every morning because my mom would drop me off at our neighbor to wait for the bus and she had two annoying toddlers that lived and breathed Barney. I remember trying to put on MTV and they threw a huge temper tantrum. After that I told my mom I was responsible and old enough to wait alone outside for the bus. She agreed. The possibility of getting kidnapped or something bad happening to me was better than having to endure another morning of annoying 3 year olds and episodes of Barney.
