This is just crunches. You can call them "barre" if you want, but it's 15 minutes of crunches.

Hi evilfluf8ybunny! Thank you so much for your feedback. Adding the mini ball and weights incorporates a bit more variation and helps target adductors, and deep core muscles. This workout also add a standing component at the end and focuses on lateral flexion of the spine which is helpful in increasing the range of motion of the spine For lateral flexion you use internal/external obliques, rectus abdominus, transverse abdominis, and the quadratus lumborum to complete the action. A bit more muscle engagement than just crunches. Here is another workout with some mini ball variations you may want to try.
