Owning a bar I've realized that you never hire a bartender to be a bartender. Most of them cant handle stress, they hate customers unless its their friends and all think they know better than owners even though they've done nothing in their lives. Hire friendly people that are grateful and train them to bartend

Don’t know what state you’re in or what you’ve tried but look into your local vocational rehabilitation agency. At least in my state the only requirements to qualify are having a disability and wanting to work. They will help you get evaluated to see what you can still do and advocate to employers to get you competitively employed or even carve out a part time or limited position, possibly pay for any needed training or equipment, and benefits counseling if you are receiving SSI/SSDI, and so on. If you really wanna work there’s people who want to help you reach your goal! And there may be jobs you can still do even with your barriers. Good luck to you 👍
