this song alone when heard in 2005, planted a seed in my head and taught me, back when i was a high school teen in that "i like this(hardcore at the time) and everything else sucks" time in life, to be open and respect all types of music/metal.

Yes, this happened to me precisely, except coming from the DC hardcore scene in the late 80’s when the summer before 8th grade I was introduced to an earlier version of this group, Acid Rain and their tape “we were all very worried.” I did not like it at first since it was so, so far from minor threat, GI, or 7 Seconds, but eventually it became a pillar in how I understood music. I can nearly play that tape in its entirety in my mind.

Just saw them in Dallas after GOAT'ng them for the last 20 years. It was on Easter Sunday too! They all brought their kids up on stage to have a huge sing-a-long with the crowd. It was undoubtedly the best concert exp. I've had but it so much more. It was the closest thing to, what I think religious people exp. in church., that I've exp'd.

Absolutely brilliant! Great song, great video, great everything. I like to venture into different corners of KZbin to discover "new" music and accidentally coming across Sleepy Time Gorilla Museum has been one of the highlights of experience. Ironically, I'm not even a typical listener of this kind of music, I'm a indie rock guy nowadays, but there is something special about this band that has been reawakening my 20 year old self who used to love mosh pits and rock-out to Einsturdenze Neubauten
