@@mariadelarosa9581 Well, I don't know who you are referring too, but take the queen of the Netherlands for example. She came from Argentina when she arrived in the Netherlands. She learned Dutch fairly quickly and she speaks it very well, as she's been in the Netherlands for 25 years now, but she still keeps a slight accent. It's very hard to not have one. Being able to speak a different language doesn't exclude having an accent.
