Love u Barry... we have never met but when I was like 11 years old my grandma told me and my cousins to write a letter to our favorite baseball player and I wrote a letter to Barry. Maybe a month later I got a signed Barry Bonds baseball card sent back to me. My grandpa and I would watch the Giants play every night that u guys played. I'm 34 years old now so I got to see the Home Run race between u and Mark Mcwire and Sammy Sosa.... I remember when u guys moved to Pack Bell Park... In 2002 I think it was when u guys made it to the World Series against the Angels.... Man we were so close..... All u youngsters this man Barry Bonds is the greatest baseball player to ever live. U guys have no idea.. to this day I will put on ur homerun compilation videos and it brings tears to my eyes because it reminds me of me and my grandpa watchin u play...."IT'S OUTTA HEEERRREEEE!!!!" lol.. those were the greatest years of baseball... PUT THIS MAN IN THE DAM HALL OF FAME ALREADY!!! NO ONE WILL EVER HIT A BASEBALL LIKE BARRY!!! AND HE ONLY GOT PITCHED TO A FEW TIMES A GAME CUZ HE WAS GETTIN INTENTIONALLY WALKED EVERY AT BAT!! What many people forget or even just don't know is that the Giants were sold in 1992 and were moving to Florida. The current ownership stepped in, bought the team and kept them in S.F.. Then we got Barry Bonds, we got a new ballpark, we got 3 World Series Championships and we got 30 more seasons from Willie Mays. Can never thank them enough.

Bonds's chip on the shoulder was the result of how the media mistreated his father. These days he's a very serious recreational cyclist. . Everyone who runs into him on the road can't get over how personable and down to earth he is . he is probably the most misunderstood public figure of all time, sadly he is to blame for some of it.

Barry Bonds IMO, the greatest living baseball player and arguably one of the greatest of all time. This man deserves to be in the HOF! The commissioner, owners, and managers, all knew what was going on across baseball and greedily rode that wave and Barry's coat tails through that era. Some are in the HOF now. Hank Aaron said in an interview, we shouldn't single Barry out, people have always been doing things in baseball. IMO, we should celebrate ALL of Barry's accomplishments as well as his quirkiness
