When Kubrick got the video dedicated to a user ... He recommended an issue of Barry Lyndon ..... Reviewing the soundtrack ... and the movie ...... I remember circling the scenes shot with candlelight ... I allowed to do a small mounting my free will ... with the images and the music of Franz Schubert ..... On another occasion will Sarabande Duel Georg Friedrich Handel!!.... I promise!!!

In my humble opinion, this film is a masterpiece of Stanley Kubrick! Simply superb!

¡Delicioso! Ese "entrar" a palacio y quedarse en el interior, visitar las estancias, el ambiente... Has captado estupendamente el espíritu de la película. Un trabajo excelente, como siempre. Special lenses were developed and used because Kubrick wanted to recreate scenes with candlelight providing illumination actually in use during the period. Very low f-stops but still having a long focus!

Mildly Amusing Channel- While he oversimplifies and generalizes, he is essentially correct. However, American jazz was a successful fusion of European classical music and instruments with the unique music of African-America. So other cultures have been incorporated into Western culture and deserve a measure of respect. But cultural relativism per se is bullshit. The West is superior in science, culture, philosophy, and theology. History proves this. Zimbabwe never produced a Mozart and a Requiem Mass.
