Barry is in that small elite group of Top Superstars that have a secret following like The Bee Gees and Abba. People love them and they sell millions and millions of albums but a lot of people will simply not admit that they secretly love their music. Barry is in that small group of Superstars. He has recorded and released 57 Top 40 singles on the Adult Contemporary Chart, and 36 in the top twenty. He has had 15 Number 1 Hits on Billboards' top 100!. He has made 31 Studio Albums, and 6 Live Albums! He has 13 platinum and 6 multi-platinum albums! Barry has also written and performed songs for musicals and films. He has also produced Grammy-nominated albums for Bette Midler, Dionne Warwick, Nancy Wilson, Sarah Vaughan, and on and on. He has 2 Emmys, 3 AMAs, a Tony, and a Grammy, and is in the songwriter's Hall of Fame. He has a musical on Broadway called Harmony. Manilow has sold nearly 100 million records as a solo artist worldwide, making him one of the world's best-selling artists of all time! Barry is a Singer, Piano Player, Song Writer, Composer, Arranger, Producer, and Showman, If ever a musician belongs in the HOF, it's Barry Manilow! Abba, The Bee Gees, Neil Diamond, and Dolly Parton are in the HOF but not Barry Manilow! Shame on you Rock and Roll Hall of Shame! Shame! Shame!

@officialmanilowbarryWow I can't believe Barry replied to my comment! How cool is that!☺ Yes Barry I have been well entertained by your music! I went to see you at Western Kentucky University in 76 and once in 85 and once in 2006. You are the only artist I have gone to see 3 times. Well, you and The Rolling Stones that is, but you are the only solo artist LOL! You and your band and Lady Flash🥰 have always been so amazing! I'm a drummer and I play This One's For You and Bandstand all the time when I practice🥁. My friends, family, bandmates, and some girlfriends used to laugh at me growing up because I played your music but I didn't care. Songs like Mandy, Looks Like We Made It, and Somewhere in the Night touched me deep in my soul as a young person. I can remember I was 18 years old driving to my terrible job in my $400.00 Opal Kadet🚗 and me and my roommate were singing along with the radio as loud as we could to Can't Smile Without You! We had the windows down and people were staring🤨at us at intersections, but we didn't care, it was hilarious and wonderful! The funniest part was that my roommate didn't even like your music but he knew all the words because it played on AM Radio every 41 Mins😂🤣 Anyway, I could go on and on. Thank You 🙏for being a big part of the magical 🪄music of my life! My friend Barry Manilow! 😊

But if I had to pick the most brilliant, it would be Paul McCartney! Guinness book of record's agrees. But these are great memories. The cop said don’t put this on social media, there’s a dog fighting ring in our area and he said this little 5 pound chihuahua would be fed as a treat or sparring partner for one of those vicious dogs. People can be so cruel!! So we held onto him, named him Lucky. Found out a month later that a tenant moved out and left him behind. That was the best Barry. Boy that brings back memories of your concerts. You're so very talented. Love your music and songwriting. And you are better than Nelson Riddle. And God Bless you. You have had a very busy year receiving accolades and prestigious awards. You put so much into your performances. And now you have a Broadway Show. Harmony! Love you, Barry!

23 songs in 21 minutes and that doesn't even cover half of his great songs. Went to quite a few of Barry's concerts back in the day, and they were the most entertaining shows I've ever been to. Mr. Manilow is a hell of a singer/songwriter/arranger and entertainer. One of a dying breed unfortunately. I'm glad he's supporting music in schools. We need more proper musicians like him.

Watching this on New Year's Eve 2023. Having a father who played piano I've always loved piano music and about 6 years ago I said I want to see Billy Joel, Elton John and Barry Manilow live before I'm gone. Saw Billy 5 years ago, Elton twice in 6 months on his farewell tour last year. Now this makes me want to see Barry even more. Simply amazing medley. 🎉

Good for you! I decided to see him on my 58th birthday on 3/8/24. After Mr. Manilow, has written the soundtrack to my life. I skated to his music. My son wouldn’t let me go to Vegas by myself, so I’m taking him . 8th row center. He is learning Manilow now by watching. 26yrs old and “ Manilowed”❤🎉

I've been a fan since the 1970's, that's close to 50 years ! Where does the time go?😁 I've went to see him live 7 times but they were fantastic times plus saw the shows when he was at Great Adventure in Jaskson, New Jersey. When I was a part time security guard and worked in shows at Great Adventure there wasn't a seat to be had and folks packed the standing area as well & everyone had a blast ! What a showman. When I was stationed at Fort Ord, CA. I was playing Manilow songs on my key board and this girl knocked on my door demanding to see Barry, she wouldn't leave till she saw every room in my apartment! So I played & sang for her. We actually became good friends. Barry brings folks together. At 70 I can still play & sing his songs. How can one man & his many talents friends, folks in his shows bring so much joy to MILLIONS all over the world...wow, a blessing indeed. Thank you Mr. Manilow for many years of joy and fun times. My mother was a BIG FAN too. I brought her and her husband to a Barry concert at the then Garden Art Center and mom jumped up like she was a teenager and yelled, "We love you Barry !" I about died laughing on the look on her 87 year old husband. My mom was cool and she taught me to sing like at 4 or 5 years old. She had a beauitful singing voice, show songs, and we did Barry songs together for fun.

I went to see Barry for the first time ever last night. I’m 45 now and I’ve been a fan for about 40 years. It’s a family thing, my dad was a fan (now sadly departed) and my mom is still a fan, she’s seen him twice, but she’s bed ridden now due to a massive stroke last year. My eldest brother is also a huge fan and has a brilliant voice not too dissimilar to Barry’s. I get a lot of ribbing from friends and colleagues as they see Barry’s fan base as much older (which I guess is fair - there weren’t too many younger than me there last night) but I loved it, Barry was brilliant and funny. The crowd were awesome, on their feet dancing the whole night. I’ll take this memory to the grave, such an emotional night for me. Love this man and his music and always will x
