I was reading about him and the word is he never planned to be a singer so he really has to force himself to be that good..however his piano genius is much much easier for him. He puts on great shoes I've seen him twice so far in 83 with my mom and 84 I took my dad these were. Both were Christmas shows.

She was singing your songs from the concert this morning at 2 am. Her husband and roommates were not pleased 😆. My sister had a stroke 1 year ago this past October. Like a stupid kid I didn't get her address or full name. The next day I hung out for hours near the condo leasing office hoping to see her when they checked out, but never did. A few weeks later I heard this song and it brought me to tears wondering if I would ever see her again and if something could have ever come out of our meeting. All I remember was her name was Daphne and she went to a Lutheran School in Chattanooga. I never did "hold her again".

Are you sure Barry that this is not your favorite song as you told us in one of your Mandy videos. You sing and play the piano so passionately and put so much of yourself in it, that I have to feel like you really love to sing this song as much as I like to hear and see it. Love you forever,Barry~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Betsy Blue-Eyes

I adore this song, I adore Barry Manilow. Have done for years. I’ve only seen him once , in the UK where I live. That memory will never leave me

I remember riding in the car with my mom and dad as a kid. They had it on an AM station and this came on. From the first note to the last note I was intrigued. It also made me tear up when it was on the chorus part. I miss those days of radio and car rides with my parents. I love you Barry
