Barry Norman was the best. Once he retired from the BBC ‘film (year)’ it was never the same. He really was the best. Sadly gone now, but like L Rodger said, it was part of growing up & left a fantastic impression.

There was a truth to this film, a forward-thrusting anger and power. I've never seen a film like it. Gary gave it his all. When I think of Gary, though, I confess, I think of Stansfield. I think of the actor. I think of that power.

I loved Bazza's film review show but some of those hollywood films which cast Oldman as a villain are some of the best films ever made ie Bram Stoker's Dracula and True Romance
