My favorite song from the album. I heard it about 550 times, so now I can sing 10% with him, I hope to sing the all song by my 80'.

Agreed also add Ren's other collabs, to add to the list @ramonacooper2283 already mentioned: Chinchilla, Eden Nash (Humble) and Trick the fox. Recommend start with Big Push War Pigs medley: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l6ukdWyBep57gac and I shot the sheriff medley: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4TIdKiIapalm80 then The Big Push - Bongo Bong: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e4KkhqimhKuUqNk. If you like a red wine get a bottle of Porta6 (They drink the same wine in the video and even the bloody wine they use is a creative statement).

This song is meant to be the intro to the album, Sick Boi. He says it kept growing! 😂 it does encapsulate the theme of the album though. This is one of my favorites too. The Welsh at the begining is a eulogy to himself: Illness is my teacher It broke my smile. My bones feel old. Here lies the body of Ren. Then he describes the day he fell inti psychosis at 25. Weak and thin. 112 lbs at 6'1". after yet another failed treatment that his immune system reacted to.
@reactivereplays566611 ай бұрын
"Bones are the home where the devil rests" (Lymes disease attacked his bones). "I watched him tie a rope and jump". He cried, begged, pleaded, and eventually gave up on and curse his god/god's (they were dead to him). He then, bowed to his new god (his disease) and begged for mercy..... Also, I recommend Chinchilla - "Fingers" (LIVE)! You will NOT regret that video!!!

A great reaction as usual. Thank you. This has become my choice track from the Sick Boi album. As for his clarity, Ren is much clearer and more understandable than any other British rapper.

After watching nearly every reactor react to every Ren song imaginable I am throughly enjoying your guys viewings and takes. Rens story is so sad and complex but it all comes through his writing and performances and your level headed conversations are a great liste! Keep diving down this rabbit hole as every song has such deep meaning whether about Ren or other worldwide issues. I’d also recommend his busking with Sam Tomkins and duets with chinchilla who are also both incredible UK artists and well worth a listen

As a lyricist, Ren takes care with his diction. Even for those who are not so familiar with British accents, he is easy enough to understand, even when he’s really spinning bars!

Slight correction to Money Game 3--there was one cut in the camera when it panned behind the wheelchair. The reason was that they needed to vent the smoke in the warehouse and could only do the rain scene once. They also moved his lapel mic to the middle of his red tie and tried to waterproof it a bit.

I thought I'd drop off another suggestion, if interested. "Peter Gabriel - Blood Of Eden" (Official Video) He is singing this song with "Sinead O'Connor" who was an Irish singer, songwriter and activist. Sadly, we lost Sinead O'Connor at the tender age of 56 yrs. old. She had such a tragic life and even in death she still never got justice. She was found in her apartment unresponsive, but no cause of death was ever determined. But she left us with some beautiful tunes to remember her by. RIP: Sinead O'Connor 💔🔥🎤U R Missed

You were on to something, guessing that parts of the song have to do with the 7 sins. The song starts with a eulogy for Ren sung in Welsh (The language of his home country, Wales). Then, there are 7 verses in the song, followed by an 8th verse explaining the 7 sins. Throughout the song there are sentences that can be interpreted multiple ways as well. Like "Crime scene, forensic" (crime scene, for-Ren's-sick) and "One sin for every one day of the week" (one sin for everyone, day of the weak). Tons of great nuances in this track.

I would love to see you react to his song from the album - Uninvited. He just put it out as a lyric video and it is unlike anything else I've heard from him and is not hip hop. It shows if he wanted he could put out mainstream music but he won't...lol. Plus all his music with his band The Big Push. (Bongo Bong is excellent). Also his song Crutch is amazing.

This is a great track, really gives an insight into his ability to switch into different cadences with ease, and all with meaningful lyrics. Crazy talented. Another one that is awesome is Wicked Ways. Touching on what you said about using his voice as an instrument, the song 'Loco' on the same album is done with nothing but his voice, all instruments you hear is him beatboxing, another dope track. Thx for the reaction, looking forward to watching more Ren reactions. (His entire catalogue is shockingly good)
