Its not solely his fault he asked people who declined so he went top the second round, and got shafted. It's not his sole fault that his replacements sucked. He chose what were the best candidates. It was a loose loose situation. Yes he should take some accountability but not all. And as others have said he is not the sole boss, yes he is highly respected and is a leader but that does not mean its his call to make those tough choices. That is the tough part of middle management positions.

He was the one who was so determined to bring it back once barstool Chicago got going, and then realized he actually has to work so he decided he was not doing it anymore.
