I'm a barista and it is the same in the industry. A lot of hard work, but almost no one ever, at least in my experience, speaks about it. It is so strange to me as it is a fundamental knowledge on how not to basically die after every shift😅😢

YA there are a lot of different jobs I think basic education of how to take care of yourself is NOT talked about.

Alcohol doesn't mix well with antidepressant medication or pain meds. Be cautious. Heal well.
