Fantastic Video!! I've been trying to think of something good to get my wife for Christmas this year and I think this will be it!! (really think!) I watched a few video's of Bartenders reviewing it and they didn't like it (shocker lol) You seem like a nice normal person and I trust you. I like the way you think. I'm not a Gin person either. @@lifeatthemountain Just to let you know I did get for her (from there website) and was able to get the big discount they offered (100.00) off. Purchased all there glassware (low ball, high ball, margarita and shaker) along with 7 boxes of pods (mostly margarita and Martini) and Vodka lovers and rum runner for me lol. I'm praying she loves or likes it!! So much to return and she doesn't (ugh)

@@lifeatthemountain .. I like it. I like the bells & whistles. The party feature is so cute. I like the fact, that I can display my liquor bottles. I don't like the bottles you can purchase for the Bev (I tried them too). But to be honest. I don't think it will last, as long as the Bart. I'm sitting here like 🤔.... I have until the 31st to send it back, or sell my Bart. Which I luv as well...🤔...🤦🏾‍♀️...😃.. My husband told me to keep both, but I have no where to put both. 😄... & he knows that.

My machine stopped working after using it once. Their customer service is by far the worse. It’s a luck of the draw purchasing. It’s very expensive to be told on a recording when calling that they have helped enough people for the day try again another day. Also, you can only message them and it takes 7 or more days for a response.

Oh my! I hate that you are experiencing all this trouble. I have reached out to them on several occasions and had pretty quick responses, I used the message system. I hope this is resolved quickly as these machines cost too much not to work!

@@lifeatthemountain Unfortunately it wasn’t so easy for me. I only used it once when I first purchased it. I cleaned it and went to use it for the holiday. They were willing to help it seemed because they asked for my proof of purchase. I sent it right away and I heard nothing. I sent several messages and no response. Finally a month later they responded with: It seems you need a replacement but sorry your warranty expired. Well yea after you waited for it to expire. And to think I was so excited to have it and this is the out come.
