Watching Ronnie playing snooker is a beauty and playing against him is a dream come true, great to see Michela and John virgo to refresh old memories of snooker ❤️

This video is an absolute treat for studying Ronnie’s cue action! I’ve been to several tournaments and saw him last year at an exhibition similar to this, but this video probably even tops that for really seeing what’s really going on, especially at slow playback speed. Wish tv coverage wasn’t always so focussed on the object ball but had more angles like this…

I wondered why it took so long to upload ;-) Just joking Steve, clearly no shame in losing to 'The Rocket'. At least he gave you a DOUBLE double tap on the table for recognition of a safety shot you played early doors... Watching him clear up was poetry in motion but I'm sure had it been a best of three you would have come out victorious! 🏆

Isn't the shame just yet tho.. 1st..Ronnie missed the pot on a first red at top right corner,he got little bit of luck.the que ball stuck up with the ball on a side,steve can't get the shot and he play sort of a weak safety,probably he underestimated on one red ball near top left corner pocket so,Ronnie pot that ball and win the match

Just looking at Ronnie’s body language at the beginning. He obviously knows exactly who you are and has a lot of respect for you. He doesn’t show that to everyone. It wouldn’t surprise me if he watched all your videos to be honest - he is a big snooker fan after all and they are all great videos! So awesome to see this one!!

Good man going against The King and not pass out ;)))) Amazingly after 40 years in the game AND watching your coaching i've realized that one of the MOST IMPORTANT thing in the swing is the position of the SHOULDER of the bridge hand towards the CHIN.... i do realize i do it pretty "ok" myself ... just never realized how much that has to come into teaching this game for straighter backswing AND of course straight, longer and even smoother follow through.... somehow this video woke me up towards helping others in a small yet MASSIVE way to simplify the comfort of what a snooker cue action is. Thx buddy...

I really do feel your pain, but at the same time it's kind of a perfect clip, a text book clearance from Ronnie, as you'd hope for and expect, and I know personally I'd rather be on tape getting flogged by O'Sullivan than have footage of an evenly scored scrappy encounter where you couldn't be 100% sure he'd respected you enough to have given his best. I hope you get what I'm trying to convey, love the videos, they've definitely improved my game so please keep 'em coming! Cheers
@786hunzavalley2 жыл бұрын
Losing a frame to anybody is a no shame. Just a game, failure makes you perfect your technique.. Steve played few shots but all were very short of pace. Steve grip doesn’t allow him to go through as Ronnie or other pro players. In pressure match play these technique faults are magnified, and also the best time to analyse your game. Game technique gives you confidence and helps you play smoothly without fear against anybody. Not criticising anybody, just giving my opinion. Thanks.
