Consume it with pulses ( dal), You can get lysine and threonine from dal, dal/pulses lack methionine which you can get from seitan/wheat, this is called complementary diet .This completes the amino acid profile.

No i have used Maida(plain flour), but you can use vital wheat gluten powder, it will help you to skip all those process

Nice one, but the recipe isnt vegan since you are using curds and even ghee. You can call it vegetarian instead 😊
