1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 Laddle Oil
1 Cup Water
FOR TADKA
1 Capsicum
2 Inch Ginger
50 Gms Butter (total)
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Black pepper Powder
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
Fresh Coriander
Water As Needed
