Try out this delicious Pav Bhaji recipe which has an exotic flavour of spices combined with vegetables to give a tangy spicy bhaji served with soft homemade, fluffy pav.
Ingredients:
2 potatoes
1 small beetroot
250 gm cauliflower
2 small carrots
250 gm cabbage
½ cup green peas
½ tsp salt
3 cups water
½ tsp asafoetida (or) hing
3 to 4 tbsp water
2 tbsp Oil
½ tsp pav bhaji masala

½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
4 chopped tomatoes
¼ tsp salt
1 big chopped capsicum
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala

2 tbsp pav bhaji masala

1 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
1 tbsp butter
Some chopped coriander leaves
For toasting pav -
1 tsp butter
Sprinkle pinch of kashmiri red chilli powder
Pinch of pav bhaji masala
