Wow, that's vague. So easy to say for an outsider without data to back it. To date, LP remains the only PH party that, together with 106 other political parties worldwide, is sanctioned by Liberal International (headquartered in UK.) If LP doesn't practice liberalism, pray other PH parties even come close.

Ayos tong series! I appreciate the concept of explaining certain terms and ideologies for the people to make prudent judgements rather than emotional ones. Informative at mostly objective. Hindi ko lng nagustohan ung huling linya na"..it(liberalism) guarantees the rights of the Filipinos " when he began to promote a specific ideology to the viewers. I'm hoping that you are transparent with your purpose for these videos and there aren't any hidden agenda to promote your biased views. Ideologies/principles will never guarantee the rights of the Filipinos(as much as they aim to do so); it is only the willingness of the Filipino people that'll do that.

Liberal = free market capitalism, deregulation, small government, maintaining status quo. Liberal in this sense = conservative Social liberal = protection of rights of minorities, heavy regulation of markets, universal healthcare Social liberal can be a synonym of progressive.

Mas gusto ko bumalik at magkaroon ng nacionalista party ulit. Bumalik ang katulad ni Manuel Quezon: Patriotic, may pride at pagmamahal sa bansa. Yung ideya ng liberalismo okay sana, pero hindi naman nabuo ng maayos dito sa pinas. At tingnan mo kung anong nangyayari ngayon sa western countries na sagad sa liberal left wing politicks na yan. At personality politics talaga tayo dito sa pinas... Buti na lang nagkaroon ng Duterte. Hindi ko na tlaga tinitingnan kung ano party ng candidate. It has been, ever since 1946. Nacionalista and Liberal were both conservative parties who appeal to the Church, hacienderos (landowners), media empire, and American corporations. That's why when NP Magsaysay and LP Macapagal pushed for land reform, they were opposed by their own parties. That's why it's hard to distinguish the differences between the 2 parties. Liberal Party only got a bit of left-wing identity when Marcos took power.
