Everyone took the piss out of me when I started to wear one when mixing. It has made a massive difference, it becomes second nature to chuck one on when doing the dusty bits. Then all the lads I worked with followed suite. Got to look after the lungs….. boooommm

Love that Adam. I never realised how much dust was coming out the mixer and in my face until I watched it back. It’s definitely opened my eyes. My breathing has been terrible lately
