Baseball Catcher Drills | One knee down/blocking and batting

Today's video is baseball catcher drills which starts out with Shawn batting in the cage. Pay close attention to his rotation. After the batting Shawn and Coach Lebo work on the perfect technique for catch and throw. The next catcher drill Shawn is working on is the straight one knee drill. I can see you are hard on yourself - no harm in not being perfect! None of us are perfect or we won't be on this earth. Obviously you are better and better. Also you are maturing and getting stronger and that is obvious. Lebo is an excellent coach and his patience is seen every time you practice. Your parents and Lebo are behind you 100% and that is so important! You are doing awesome for yourself and the people that are behind you urging you on. In the long run it will pay off and your future will be what you have been working so hard to achieve. Keep up the good work!! You are a very special young man!!!
