Had my encounter here in Utah at age 12 while hunting mule deer with my step dad, uncle and a friend named John. My second was while pulling field guard on a Battery Section of Self Propelled Artillery at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This was the early 90s and almost cost me my military career because of my written field report. To old too care who believes or not.I didn't ask or look for it but they exist. 🌲👣👣👣🌲

I had a closeup encounter with a sasquatch when I was 12 yrs old in Ocean Shores, Washington State...unforgettable experience....this beast was no more than 30 ft away from me leaning against a tree staring me down...although it was upright leaning against a tree, I recall that its fingertips were almost touching the ground....very strange indeed, and I have to say...it looked nothing even remotely close to the familiar pictures that everyone is used to seeing. Somewhat of a greenish brown with matted dreadlock styled mangy coat of fur and its face looked like it was hit with a shovel...flattened features....pretty scary

@RaymondRAYCE You could ask at the park entrance to be sure, but I doubt there is enough water to support that. I've never heard of such a thing, and I hike there all the time. I have never seen a dog inside the park, and you are not permitted to bring a dog on a trail, even on a leash. I've seen a few coyotes and some big horn sheep. All of southern California, including JT, is mountain lion country but you could hike for a lifetime in the park and never see one - they actively avoid human contact. And watch where you step - there are rattlesnakes but you are most unlikely to have a problem with one unless you step on it.

I lived just outside of the park in Joshua Tree village a couple of years ago. I spent a lot of time hiking in the park without incident. I will say, however, that people would go missing frequently. Some were found but often they were not. The last one who disappeared during my time there was a visitor from Canada who went for a hike to take photos just before he was to return home. He even told his wife what trail he was going on. No sign of him was found to my knowledge. Thanks for the story. I was not aware of this incident. You have a beautiful family!

Hi Chris, hello from Dorset (England!). Another spooky story, unusually from a desert. I wonder if this was a one-off or just as common in Nation Parks! Witnessed by a family too. It’s our Queen’s state funeral this morning and I’ll be preparing to settle down to watch this very sad occasion. Sadly, for me, she is the last of what made Britain great and I feel our country may change….I hope not It’s a dramatic time for Britain.

Hi Ernie - Thanks for watching...Yes - I've been following the funeral. Hoping the best for Britain.

@@samaraosborne1585 Thank you. Indeed it has been an emotionally charged day. A glorious state funeral. Our armed forces did her proud in their duty and presentation. She was of course their Commander in Chief, or simply put ‘the guv’nor’.

My condolences on the loss of your Queen. I watched all the proceedings from here in America and it was magnificent. No one does it like the Brits.

I sincerely hope that Britain under Charles III can become a beacon for the rest of the world in terms of working towards racial and class harmony, the environment, righting colonial wrongs, reparations for slavery, etc. I think that Charles and his sons have a wonderful opportunity to be great. I’m proud of William and Harry and the lives they have been living. I’m an American of English and Danish ethnicity and proud of it. I’d love to see what a United Britain could do with fresh ideas. Treat the Irish, Scotch, and Welsh fairly, too. PS, no one should be going without heat this winter. Hint, hint.

Nice looking family you have there , Chris . Great story ... makes you wonder what would have happened if the family had headed back a minute or two later . Really scary when it was charging the car and I have heard stories at least with dog men that they get pissed off no pun intended when humans piss on their turf . This has to be at least the 6th time I've heard of a Cryptid getting mad at a person shortly after peeing on the ground . Some kind of a turf thing where they don't want others marking their turf I guess .
@LittleKitty222 жыл бұрын
Ah so that's what pisses them off. Yes that could be, they don't like others marking their turf. That must mean that they mark their own turf by pissing everywhere. Blimey how disgusting...

Wow! These creatures must be all over the U.S. They are usually described with reddish or black colored hair, though. This is the first time I've ever heard of one with beige hair and dark patches. I just love your spooky stories! You are my favorite narrator of these type of videos on YT. See you on the next one!

Hello Noreen. In 1982 or 83, can't remember which. We (husband, 4 children, and myself) were traveling route 66 in northern Az. It got late, and we were all SO tired, we pulled our station wagon off the road to sleep a few hours. Our then 13 year old son woke us up because he said he saw a white, hair covered man standing just feet from the car, watching us sleep. That was years before any of us even knew about bigfoot. The location was only about 200 miles northeast of the Joshua tree forest
